To allow the team to function well during the season, it is highly preferred that a parent or other responsible person takes on the role of Manager. Among other things, this allows the coach to focus on coaching the team.

City Beach Basketball Club is an affiliated basketball club with the Perry Lakes Hawks Association. Games are played on Friday night and Saturdays at the West Australian Basketball Centre (Bendat Basketball Centre and at the Lords Recreation Centre in Subiaco.
The winter playing season runs from March to September. No games are scheduled for the school holidays. The club is run by a volunteer committee, elected at an AGM held at the end of each season. Parents, Coaches and Managers are encouraged to engage with the committee members with ideas or areas of concern at any time.
The mission of City Beach Basketball Club (CBBC) is to promote and provide basketball programs for all junior levels that stimulate their health, development, and enjoyment in a safe environment. These programs will develop fitness, wellness, social interaction, teamwork and sportsmanship, as well as provide representative and leadership opportunities.
To be recognised as a club of choice as a result of our delivery of junior basketball programs and services within the Perry Lakes Hawks program. We will deliver programs providing the highest quality player experience that promotes participation, learning and health. Our programs will be conducted in a positive environment that fosters self-confidence and self-esteem.
